How It Works
Blueprint Review
We review architectural and structural plans to understand load paths and framing requirements.
Material Staging
All lumber, fasteners, and engineered components are delivered and staged on-site.
Floor & Wall Framing
Floor systems are built first, followed by wall framing with proper headers and king studs.
Roof Framing
Trusses or rafters are set, sheathed, and secured with hurricane strapping per code.
Inspection & Handoff
